Overview

We are seeking an Affiliates Management Advisor to join our Medical Services & Affiliates Management Department (MS&AMD).
The Medical Services & Affiliates Management Department (MS&AMD) is responsible for the governance, oversight, and coordination of medical services and healthcare affiliates supporting Saudi Aramco and eligible populations. The Department ensures that medical service delivery models are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with Saudi Aramco’s strategic objectives through structured governance, affiliate oversight, and stakeholder engagement across the healthcare ecosystem.
Your primary role is to serve as a trusted advisor supporting the governance, oversight, and performance management of healthcare affiliates. The role focuses on providing professional advisory input, supporting affiliate governance activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to informed decision-making to ensure affiliates operate in alignment with approved frameworks, policies, and organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

  • Independently manage and support affiliate governance activities, including coordination of board-related matters and follow-up actions.
  • Provide professional advisory input on affiliate-related issues, ensuring alignment with approved governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage proactively with internal stakeholders and affiliate management to support resolution of complex or non-routine matters.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of affiliate performance, governance effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Analyze the financial performance of affiliates and support budget and funding discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal functions such as legal, finance, compliance, and policy units to ensure coherent and timely outcomes.
  • Prepare and review analytical materials, reports, and briefing notes to support management awareness and decision-making.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion.

Minimum Required Qualifications

As a successful candidate you have a:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant professional experience in affiliate management, governance, advisory, or related roles within large or regulated organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with sound professional judgment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
