Overview
We are seeking a Business System Analyst to work with our Infrastructure and Joint Venture Project Management (I&JV PM) Administrative Area.
Infrastructure and Joint Venture Project Management (I&JV PM) is an administrative area responsible for executing the majority of Company’s non-hydrocarbon and petrochemical construction programs. It aims to support the Company’s goals by delivering world-class project management services to our customers and stakeholders through fostering latest technologies & innovative solutions, conforming circular economy principals, promoting localization, protecting environment and ensuring health & safety of people. It is also a key part of the Company and the Kingdom’s National Champion Development Program, constructing and developing new industrial projects contributing further towards the Kingdom’s vision 2030,
As a Business Analyst, your primary role is to support activities related to the analysis and evaluation of existing systems and capabilities. This involves identifying business, organizational, and operational needs as part of the process for developing and implementing solutions that align with business objectives, including the launch of new systems, enhancements to existing ones, and improvements to overall business functions, processes, and programs."
Key Responsibilities
As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
• Prepare/Serves as an advisor to the department functions in assisting with details of performance review, Business reviews, accountability reporting, and procedural changes related to business systems such as accounting, manpower and population statistics.
• Engaged in frequent coordination with the Departments to effectively plan and monitor the performance of projects at various stages of execution as well as it plays a key role in ensuring effective communication to admin area by maintaining highest reporting standards.
• Perform problem solving through root cause analysis, provide findings and recommendations relating to systems tasks.
• Involve in compliance activities such as Management Controls, Performance, Operational Excellence, Internal Assessments, Contractual SME support, Lessons Learned, Localization, Risk Management, Initiatives, and Digitization function(s) within the assigned organization.
• Assumes the role of the involved department organization representative and maintains constant liaison with the respective Data and Reports Processing Organization.
• Prepares the user manuals and associated documentation resulting from Business System implementation.
• Maintains contact with the representative in other departments in order to exchange ideas and information.
• Conducts thorough studies and reviews of the Business activities of the department operations in an effort to maximize effective.
• Conducts the thorough analysis of existing system, identify its gaps and propose the new system for effective business operation. The new system shall be implemented through fostering latest technologies & innovative solutions.
• Monitors the design and implementation phases of business systems and provides supports to IT as the department client
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate you will hold a:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS or a related discipline. Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g. MBA/MS) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g. CMA, CFA, CPA, CCP, PMP) is preferred.
• Should have 10+ years of related experience in the relevant field, with at least 5 years of process improvement experience.
• Must demonstrate expertise in analyzing information and promoting process improvement with the advanced tools and technologies such as Power BI, AI, etc.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance module is required
• Should possess solid knowledge and understanding of Accounting and Finance processes in Controllership, Treasury, Corporate & Strategic Planning, Financial Performance & Analysis.
• Should have an excellent command of oral and written English and have strong interpersonal skills.
