Overview

We are looking for a Concession Representative to join Saudi Aramco Norther Area Community Services Department (NACSD), which is consist of six divisions and two groups operating in the eastern and western regions: Ras Tanura, Tanajib, Shaybah, Fadhli, Jeddah and Yanbu. Successful candidate will be assigned in one its division that is RT Residential and Recreation Services Division in Ras Tanura.   

The primary function of a Concession Representative is to coordinates and oversees a specific group of concessionaire contracts to ensure that organizations, employees and community residents receive services and products according to company standards. This includes food facilities (such as coffee shops, snack bars, restaurants or supermarkets) and non-food facilities (such as beauty, barber, gift, flower or stationary shops or laundry). Excludes banking, telecom, insurance, taxi or travel.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

Monitors Concessionaires operations and interacts daily to ensure compliance as per contract terms & conditions. Reviews Concessionaires menus and prices.

Coordinates safety, lost prevention and hygiene issues with pertinent departments.

Provides input on the concessionaires’ performance appraisals, conducts feeler reports.

Coordinates with Concessionaires management in replying to suggestions and complaints.

Provides work direction to Saudi Aramco Senior Food Inspectors and Food Inspectors.

Plans and delivers periodic campaigns.

Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor including equipment maintenance related tasks and inventory tracking.

Minimum Requirements

Candidate to this position must hold a Bachelor degree in one of the following: Business and Management, major in either Hotel Management Catering and Nutrition, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management; or Bachelor degree in Home Economics, major in Nutrition.
You will have 5 years of experience with 2 years special field experience in service industry, food industry or contract administration.  Preferably with certification in Food Safety Catering Training Level 2 or 3.

Must be capable of representing the Company effectively to the Community and with the Concessionaires.

English professional proficiency is required. It is also preferred to have Arabic language (Native or Bilingual) proficiency.
