Overview

We are seeking a D&IT affiliates advisor to join the Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) organization.

 

The D&IT Regional hub is responsible for extending digital and IT support to Saudi Aramco’s out of Kingdom affiliates.

 

Your primary role is to identify opportunities to create synergies across affiliate D&IT initiatives and enhance overall D&IT capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Act as a trusted D&IT advisor to Saudi Aramco affiliates and support the development and enhancement of D&IT capabilities.
  • Lead capability assessment to evaluate gaps in current D&IT capabilities across affiliates.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Saudi Aramco’s enterprise in D&IT and extend them as scalable business solution for affiliates.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including corporate D&IT team and affiliate leadership, to align D&IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Support and design the implementation of shared services and regional digital solutions, where applicable.
  • Collaborate with external partners and technology providers to enable innovation and best practice adoption
  • Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to high-performing teams while driving measurable impact on the company’s digital transformation agenda.
  • Play a key role in shaping Saudi Aramco’s digital future supporting growth, innovation, and long-term value creation across affiliates.

Minimum Requirements

  • You will hold a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Digital & Information Technology, or Engineering related fields, or Business Administration from a recognized institution. PhD is preferred.
  • You will have a minimum 15+ years of experience in Digital/IT domain and strategic advisory role.
  • You will also have experience in shared services implementation. Prior experience with consulting firm is preferred.
  • You will also have a deep technical expertise in at least one of the following Digital and IT domains: Data & AI (e.g. machine learning, data infrastructure), Telecom (e.g. network design, protocols), Computing (e.g. cloud/edge systems, HPC) and ERP (e.g. enterprise systems, integrations).
  • You will have experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • You will be able to demonstrate leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.
  • You will have Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, technical experts, and external partners.
  • You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous learning.
  • You will be willing to travel, as required, to support business objectives and collaborate with external partners.
