Job Description

Saudi Aramco is seeking a highly competent IBM BPM/BAW Lead Developer and Architect to work with development team, architects, business analysts and users, and lead the implementation of an enterprise level, scalable solutions that are in line with the business requirements.   The lead developer shall work closely with the project team especially with the development team to ensure delivery of high-quality workflows and toolkits while maintaining high standards in using clean and secured development code and methodology.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

  • Architect the optimal solutions for the Digital Use cases and business automation requirements.
  • Select the optimal design of the solution across IBM Cloud Pak for Automation, IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, and IBM Cloud Pak for Applications
  • Lead the development of all assigned business process management/workflow solutions throughout the full implementation cycle (analysis, design, plan, development, testing, go-live and support).
  • Develop and continuously improve internal guidelines for maintaining the highest business standards and best practices in process development.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to support agile implementation and deployment of new solutions and to enhance the citizen developers program
  • Work closely with business users, project managers, business analysts and architects to analyze business requirements and provide technical consultation on the feasibility from system prospective.
  • Act as subject matter expert to advise on capabilities and constraints in IBM BPM/BAW, IBM Cloud Pak for Automation, IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, and IBM Cloud Pak for Applications
  • Act as platform subject matter expert to participate and provide consultation in all platform assessments, upgrades, and installations.   
  • Coordinate and plan development activities to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of IT development experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with IBM BPM/BAW, IBM Cloud Pak for Automation, IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, and IBM Cloud Pak for Applications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in JavaScript, Angular JS, Dojo, HTML, XSLT, CSS, Java, and WebSphere Application Server
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with development within IBM private cloud
  • Certified IBM Developer – Business Automation Workflow
  • Solid experience in working in agile development mode
  • Good knowledge about Red Hat OpenShift container application
  • Good experience with Oracle database management
