Overview
We are seeking a Public Relations Specialist to join the public relations, event management and logistics group, of the Corporate Secretariat within the Law organization of Aramco
The Corporate Secretariat is responsible to support the Corporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary to organize and manage board meetings, set agendas, review and draft papers, presentations and minutes.
The Public Relations Specialist will support a specialized event management function within the very large Saudi Aramco organization, focusing on the Board of Directors and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be responsible to perform the following:
- You will coordinate with third-party vendors, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other stakeholders for on-site logistics for five board meetings and one general assembly meeting of the shareholders per year.
- You will prepare presentations, talking points and other written materials for use of the Board Chairman, the CEO and corporate management.
- You will perform various other board support activities and tasks, as may be required and/or directed by the Corporate Secretary, the Assistant Corporate Secretary, and/or the Logistics and Event Planning lead.
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate you will have:
- A Bachelor degree in Business and Management, Communications, Public Affairs and Services or equivlent.
- A minimum of 9 years professional experience. With a minimum of 6 years experience gained in related fields in a PR function.
- Experience in event management or a related field.
- Experience in communication with high level executives.
- Superior organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Impactful personal and interpersonal skills.
