Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Org & Mgmt Specialist to join the Organizational Consulting Department (OCD) within the HR & Corporate Services organization.

 

The OCD department plays a key role in strategy execution, operating model design, organization effectiveness, transformation advisory, corporate governance, and complex program delivery.

 

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will shape enterprise-wide Operating Model Transformation solutions, drive alignment across business lines, and enable the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be responsible to perform the following:

 

  • Lead high-impact operating model and organization design engagements across diverse business entities.
  • Assess current-state organizational structures and design future-state spans of control, governance, workflows, and decision rights.
  • Develop standardized frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits for operating model and organization design projects.
  • Provide executive-level advisory services on strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, briefing notes, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to drive alignment and support decision-making at executive levels.
  • Develop and implement corporate governance frameworks balancing standardization with business flexibility.
  • Drive group-wide operating model alignment including affiliates, joint ventures, and international operations.
  • Oversee post-merger integration (PMI) activities, ensuring operational and cultural alignment of acquired entities.
  • Develop, refine, and deploy enterprise playbooks, operating principles, and organizational guidelines.
  • Conduct benchmarking, market studies, and research to inform structural, strategic, and operational decisions.
  • Provide strategic counsel to leaders navigating organizational change, growth, risk mitigation, or restructuring.

Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate you will have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in management consulting, with deep expertise in operating models, organization design, PMI, governance, or transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale consulting initiatives within complex, multinational organizations.
  • Strong command of organization design and process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive presence.
  • High proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and applying structured approaches to complex challenges.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across cross-functional and global teams.
