Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager - Affiliate/JV Management to join our In and Out of Kingdom Affiliate Alignment team within Group Transformation & Advisory Department.

 

The Group Transformation & Advisory Department are responsible to oversee the design, execution, and governance of initiatives that enhance operational synergies, standardize processes, and create value across diverse affiliate businesses.

 

Your primary role is to ensure strategic and operational alignment between the Corporate Center, Aramco and our affiliates. You will also lead the Readiness Assessment to test the Playbook with all our Affiliates and coordinate updates to the playbook based on affiliate feedback and secure its formal endorsement as an official Aramco Document.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

 

  • Lead strategic initiatives to ensure operational and governance alignment between Saudi Aramco’s Corporate Center and its affiliates.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Affiliate Alignment Framework, mapping affiliate businesses to a common governance and operating model.
  • Develop, refine, and execute the Affiliate Playbook, incorporating best practices for shared ways of working and standardizing governance while allowing for business-specific flexibility.
  • Act as the primary liaison between affiliates and corporate functions, driving strategic communication, alignment, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead post-merger integration (PMI) efforts, ensuring seamless cultural and operational integration of newly acquired or restructured affiliates.
  • Conduct rigorous benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends, best practices, and potential opportunities for enhancing affiliate value creation.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new operating models, governance structures, and strategic frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide teams, fostering internal capabilities in governance, strategic alignment, and program execution.
     

Minimum Requirements

  • As the successful candidate you will have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management or a related major. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in top-tier consulting firms, sovereign wealth funds, or multinational group advisory roles.
  • Strong expertise in post-merger integration (PMI), affiliate governance, and strategic transformation.
  • Proven ability to align diverse businesses, create synergies, and implement governance models that balance flexibility and standardization.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align leadership teams on group-wide initiatives.
  • Track record of successfully implementing affiliate alignment frameworks in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience mentoring teams and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives
