Overview

We are seeking a Public Relations Representative to join the Corporate Protocol Division of Corporate Communication Support Department.

The Corporate Protocol Division is responsible for providing support to the Chairman of the Board, President & CEO and Corporate Management to manage and deliver a range of corporate activities such as visits, events and exhibits while ensuring the protocols are followed. Mainly responsible for the organization, planning, logistics and staging of company events and activities, and exhibit participations primarily in-company, in-Kingdom or out-of-Kingdom, as well as planning and implementation of VIP Visits and related events which includes handling various delegations from within the Kingdom and around the world.

The Public Relations Representative’s primary role is to coordinate the planning preparations and execution of visits, events, and exhibits.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following: 

Plan and execute visits / events / exhibits.

Develop exhibit contents and messages.

Develop, product and deliver projects from proposal right to delivery.

Deliver events on time, within budget, that meet or exceed expectations.

Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on each project.

Communicate, maintain and develop client relationships.

Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.

Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery.

Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation.

Work with management to determine event budget and manage budge expenses.

Create and deliver case studies and white papers.

Coordinate scheduling and logistics.

Coordinate event conference and exhibits.

Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
 

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management, Communications, Education, Public Affairs and Services, Fine and Applied Arts, Interdisciplinary Studies, Library Science, Letters, Social science, or Translation Studies from a recognized and approved program. 

You will have minimum five years’ experience, including at least three years in in the Public Relations or Government Affairs fields. A wide-range experience in Public Relation is a requirement and an excellent interpersonal skill is also necessary.
