  • Perform rigorous reviews of vendor submittals and equipment documentation to ensure alignment with requirements, while evaluating contractor performance and approving problem-solving reports to assure efficiency and conformance to overall project objectives.
  • Direct the troubleshooting and resolution of sophisticated technical challenges related to electrical systems and process controls, acting as a technical consultant to discuss, coordinate, and resolve problems with internal and external personnel.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing solutions for facility modifications, estimating costs, preparing technical justifications, and completing expenditure requests to enhance existing facilities and standardization.
  • Oversee the development and execution of commissioning and startup procedures for critical assets, leading the implementation and operation of all recommended solutions to ensure effective facility enhancements.
  • Mentor and develop engineering staff by providing guidance on advanced design methodologies and reliability standards, delegating work to directed personnel, and finalizing specialized technical proposals and studies of proposed projects.
