Overview
We are seeking a Senior Planning & Performance Management Advisor to join our Sales &Supply Planning & Performance Management Division of Downstream Finance organization.
The Sales & Supply Planning & Performance Management Division is responsible for the review, analysis and consolidation of reports such as Business Plan, Accountability, Quarterly Business Reviews and other ad-hoc reports required by management. These reports are being prepared in the departments’ level under Sales & Supply Planning organization and reviewed and consolidated by Planning & Performance Management Division to ensure its completeness and relevance in order to satisfy the requirements of higher management. The Planning & Performance Management Division also reviews and process several subsidiary invoices from out-of-kingdom offices.
Your primary role is to perform all planning & performance management functions and interacts with personnel within Saudi Aramco Planning & Performance Management organizations in the performance of your duties.
Key responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Act as a strategic business partner, driving end-to-end process improvement, cost optimization initiatives, and commercial value creation across organizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor in financial matters to enable informed decision-making
- Lead high-impact research and special studies to address evolving business challenges, support executive priorities, and strategic direction.
- Plan and execute planning and performance management analytical activities under the general supervision of higher-level P&PM Staff.
- Work with different level of staffs in the collection, analysis and consolidation of data required for business plan, accountability reports, quarterly business reviews, management information system (MIS) and other adhoc reports needed by higher management.
- Provide supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks by other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice.
Minimum requirements
As the successful candidate you will have:-
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Accountancy or Finance) from a recognized university and approved program, or a related discipline. Possession of relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is required.
- Nine years of relevant experience in planning & performance management within the oil and gas sector.
- You will have the proven ability to handle complex, problems in a rigorous, analytical fashion.
- You must have an excellent command of oral and written English, with demonstrated capability of producing top quality written reports and presentations to management.
Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Application (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) is essential.
