Overview

We are seeking a Training & Development Advisor to join our Corporate Academy Development Division.

The Corporate Academy Development Division is responsible for providing a wide range of learning opportunities to fulfill the business need, while ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of all learning operations across the company.

Your primary role is to administer the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of learning programs based on the required organizational and business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Identify training needs and gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Administer the implementation of training programs.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make g recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees to help them apply new skills and knowledge on the job.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training programs align with 

Minimum Requirements

  • As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, , or General Management from a recognized and approved program.
  • You will have 5 years of experience in administering the implementation and coordination of training.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills.
  • You will be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will be able to deliver high quality outcome for the tasks assigned.
