Overview

We are seeking a Transactions & Equity Capital Markets Professional to join the Project Yield Execution Department within the New Energies Organization.

 

The Project Yield Execution Department plays a critical role in unlocking value for Aramco and its shareholders, enhancing the company’s capital structure, and reallocating capital toward higher-growth and higher-return investments.

 

Your primary role will be leading the readiness and execution of equity capital market transactions, with a focus on deal structuring, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving transaction readiness, shaping processes, and designing capital market strategy. 
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation and deal structuring, while conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess a range of outcomes. 
  • Review and evaluate financial models provided by external advisors, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives. 
  • Shaping and refining the equity story and investor narrative for transactions, which includes: includes working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as: banks, legal counsel, and accounting firms. 
  • Monitor developments in capital markets and investor sentiment, and prepare investor-facing materials and executive updates for senior management. 
  • Support the development of junior analysts by coaching them on the technical and strategic aspects of transaction execution and capital markets activity.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines is essential.

Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate, you hold a:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or FMVA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transaction execution and financial modeling, ideally gained in investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting environment. 
  • Strong experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors. 
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation and transaction execution with hands-on experience in building models from start to finish. 
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and solid commercial judgment.  
  • Prior experience in equity capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory is considered a plus.  
  • Experience building, challenging, and defending complex financial analyses, while identifying key value drivers and risks, and clearly articulating conclusions to stakeholders is highly valued as well.
