Overview

We are seeking a Senior Creative Director to join our Creative Design Unit with the Corporate Communicatiosn Administrative Area.

Creative Design Unit is a fast-paced, in-house creative organization that operates like a full-service advertising and design agency. Our work spans marketing campaigns, strategic storytelling, visual identity systems, design experiences across every touchpoint.

Your primary role is to set the tone and direction for the team, bringing clarity, energy, and inspiration to every brief.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on big ideas, with a visionary creative directions skill to lead and elevate our creative team, loves design at its highest standard, and has a proven ability to translate business objectives into powerful, meaningful creative work.

Key Responsibilities

As Creative Director, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Shaping the creative vision of the unit and ensuring it is consistently executed across all projects.
  • You will guide multidisciplinary teams through the development of concepts and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • From brand development and design systems to large-scale integrated campaigns, your leadership will be central in delivering work that is engaging, cohesive, and impactful.
  • You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand objectives, define creative strategies, and present ideas with clarity and conviction.
  • You will oversee the full creative process—from concept to execution—ensuring work meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.
  • A key part of your role will also involve mentoring creative talent, building a strong team culture, and fostering a space where original thinking thrives.

Minimum requirements

As a successful candidate, you will have:

 

  • A minimum of 10 years of creative experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a creative agency or in-house creative team.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction across branding, advertising, and digital campaigns is essential.
  • You should have deep knowledge of visual communication, typography, brand systems, storytelling, and design strategy, with hands-on experience in leading multi-channel creative work.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills are required, along with a proven ability to manage and mentor a diverse creative team.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools is expected, and familiarity with motion, video, or experiential media is a strong advantage.
  • A degree in design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred
