Overview

As a recognized company expert in the chemical business, IK Liquids to Chemicals Development is developing the production, shipping, and marketing of low carbon hydrogen and ammonia as an alternative route-to-market for our oil and gas resources.  The Planning & Performance Analyst is responsible for developing strategies for IK Liquids to Chemicals Development Organization’s HR, planning, budgeting, and workforce planning. also, communicates at the highest levels of the energy industry – ideally in the downstream liquids to chemicals sector of a major International Oil Company (IOC).
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of written materials such as reports and presentations outlining the plans and performance of Saudi Aramco’s liquids to Chemicals Development Business.
  • Coordinates the senior vice president’s liquids to chemicals development office communications, handles ministry of energy correspondence, and handles strategy and market analysis requests related to liquid to chemicals development’s business and briefs for management.
  • reviews liquids to Chemicals Development’s performance and planning reports and presentations for corporate submission.
  • Drafts executive correspondence, internal memos, year-end messages, and other communications materials as required including, but not limited to, talking points for presentations, emcee remarks for liquid to Chemicals events, etc.
  • Interacts with the company’s corporate planning organization to understand the company’s strategies to assure planning and accountability reports are aligned with strategy.
  • Provides input on executive speeches related to liquids to Chemicals Development.
  • Align products with corporate messaging, press releases, videos, social media, websites.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a world-class academic institution, although an advanced degree is preferred. 
  • At least five years’ experience in communication roles in the Downstream liquid to Chemicals sector of a major International Oil Company (IOC). Knowledge and understanding of the energy industry are essential.  
  • Knowledge and understanding of international relations; business; academia; technology; and experience with different cultures is preferred.
  • Having a project management experience covering all aspects of the development of reports and presentations.
  • Native English speaker.
